My stay at Sant Jaume Design Hotel was fantastic overall, with an really good team that went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The breakfast was out of this world, making mornings good. However, I found the air conditioning in my room didn’t quite keep up with my expectations, especially given its size.

I had an amazing three-night stay at Sant Jaume Design Hotel. The spacious room was perfect for our family, and I loved the little touch of having a Teddy for my son. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the rooftop area was the perfect escape after exploring Palma's charming streets. While everything was fantastic, the only minor concern was the shower, which had a slight drain smell. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Palma.
